1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping:
- Cost: FREE for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat fee of $4.99 applies.
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
- Cost: $12.99.
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.
Express Shipping:
- Cost: $24.99.
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- You can track your package directly using the link provided or through our website on the Order Tracking page.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at support@juvela.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you.
- Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, email us at support@juvela.com with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
- Missing Items: If any product is missing from your order, reach out to us immediately with your order number and details.
